El sector minero peruano enfrenta un gran desaf\u00edo. \u00a0La transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica aumenta permanentemente la demanda y para atenderla no se vienen generando las condiciones para extraer la cantidad de cobre, litio, zinc, entre otros minerales cr\u00edticos a la velocidad requerida. Paralelamente, la normativa internacional viene recogiendo recomendaciones de los est\u00e1ndares internacionales, extendiendo esto a las cadenas de suministro de los minerales. Esto obliga a las empresas a la inclusi\u00f3n e\u00a0implementaci\u00f3n real<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0de iniciativas relacionadas a derechos humanos, de gesti\u00f3n de la naturaleza, de gesti\u00f3n h\u00eddrica, de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos sociales y ambientales, inclusive desde las etapas iniciales del desarrollo de proyectos y negocios.<\/p>\n

Ante estos requerimientos de los inversionistas globales surge un desaf\u00edo adicional por demostrar de manera t\u00e9cnica el seguimiento a los posibles impactos de doble materialidad en las empresas y las \u00e1reas de los proyectos mineros, y tambi\u00e9n de prevenci\u00f3n al greenwashing. El greenwashing ha tenido un crecimiento global incentivado por las presiones de un lado de la colocaci\u00f3n de fondos, y de otro, la obtenci\u00f3n de recursos frescos para expandir el negocio.<\/p>\n
